Facilities, Modifications and Repair
KBR has extensive experience with Job Order Contracts (JOC) and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). We have executed more than 55 contracts across 60 locations, with more than 15,000 delivery orders valued at $1.6 billion.
In 1987, when the first JOCs were awarded, KBR was chosen to provide facilities maintenance, alteration and repair for the U.S. Army at Forts Richardson, Wainwright and Greely. In 1993, we were the first company to adapt and convert the JOC approach to civilian applications for the Spring Branch Independent School District in Houston, Texas.
